Mill Hill Village Cricket Club will freeze the costs of an annual membership subscription for 2025 in a win for members.
Membership this year includes match fees, an item of club-branded clothing and use of the nets.
Full Club Membership
£300 all-in for the season
An annual full membership subscription for the 2025 season will be £300 - the same as last season. Membership subscriptions are one of Mill Hill Village Cricket Club's main sources of income and are crucial to the successful running of the club. The club thanks those who have already paid for this season.
This fee includes ALL matches - on Saturdays, Sundays, midweek fixtures and T20s, etc.
Additional Full Club Member benefits include:
:: supply of an item of MHVCC-branded clothing (typically either a club cap or a club shirt) at the committee's discretion and subject to stock availability
:: use of our practice nets, at club-arranged sessions
:: priority of selection over non-full members
:: full member voting rights to help decide on the future of the club
:: discounted members bar pricing, if and when introduced (currently under consideration)
Annual subs are set to rise in 2026 but the club is pleased to offer a £50 discount for members who contribute their time through volunteer work during the 2025 season
A list of roles and jobs will be posted on the MHVCC website, listing how you can volunteer and help in the smooth running of the club - there are numerous ways in which you can assist.
Attending a designated pre- or post season work party in full will qualify members for the discounted annual subs rate next year. Work parties take place every Sunday from March 16 for at least five weeks.
Annual Subs are payable in full by May 31. We are happy to accept payment in installments between now and then, for example x4 monthly payments of £75 or x3 of £100, or x2 £150 payments. Advance payment in full is also most welcome.
Player Membership
The alternative to Full Club Membership is Player Membership, a “pay as you play” option for occasional players.
Player Members will pay match fees for every game played, as per the rates below.
:: £25 for Saturday and Sunday League matches
:: £20 for Saturday and Sunday non-league games
:: £15 for T20 league matches and any other games of 25-plus overs e.g.inter-club games
:: £10 for friendly T20 games
:: £5 for outdoor nets practice sessions
Payments will be expected in advance of games starting where possible and at the latest, in all cases, on the day of the match or training. Concessions, if required, can be discussed in strictest confidence with captains or committee members.
Please note that Player Members will not be entitled to an item of free club clothing, nor free use of club nets, nor do they get member voting rights.
Winter nets, currently taking place every Friday evening until mid-April at Middlesex Indoor Cricket School, are not included. These are treated separately as the club has to meet external hire costs for these: £75 covers all 12 sessions - or it's £8 per session on a pay as you play basis. If you have attended any of the winter net sessions to date, please ensure you pay for these sessions immediately if you haven't already done so and on the day itself for any future attendance.
