Mill Hill Village Cricket Club’s indoor winter training programme for adults begins on Friday, January 24 for 12 weeks.
This year, winter indoor training will take place at Middlesex Indoor Cricket School, East End Road, N3 2TA - a high-class facility in Finchley, north London.
The club has booked all five lanes. Sessions will take place every Friday from January 24 through to the middle of April between 8-9pm.
The final session will be on April 11. After that, we move outdoors to our own net practice facilities, weather permitting, at our Buttonhole Lane home.
Director of Cricket Phil Smith said: “We are looking for a really good turnout this year, to justify the booking of the whole hall for our exclusive use. So, please consider coming to some or all of the sessions. We can accommodate many players and ensure that everyone gets a decent bat and bowl.”
New members are welcome and can register their interest via email by contacting info@millhillvillagecricketclub.co.uk.
The cost for a block booking for all 12 sessions will be £75. This must be paid before the end of January. It offers a saving of more than 20 percent compared to paying for each session individually. The cost per session on a pay-and-play basis will be £8. Please pay online in the usual way.

Mill Hill Village Club Captain Devraj Ray said: “Last year was a massive buzz throughout the club, and largely because we were playing better cricket. Let's make this year even better by netting early, taking it seriously, and aiming for promotions all around.”
